Please read these terms carefully before using BEErector.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BEErector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BEErector provides software tools, prompt compilation systems, and workspace editors designed to help creators direct multi-part stories, assemble consistent characters, and format production prompts for generative video backends (including Google Flow and third-party models).

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys provided to the service.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party platform policies.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or execute automated attacks or artificial traffic scripts against the Service.

4. Organic Content, Monetization Disclaimer & Anti-Bot Policy

No Automated Monetization Guarantee: BEErector does not automate YouTube channel monetization or guarantee advertising revenue. Acceptance into the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) is solely determined by YouTube under its independent guidelines, watch time thresholds, subscriber minimums, and review processes.

Creative Tooling for Organic Engagement: BEErector provides software tooling designed solely to assist creators in producing organic, original, and engaging video content (such as consistent character presets, safe-zone subtitles, and multi-channel publishing workflows). High-quality content improves audience retention, but all results depend on creator execution and organic viewer interest.

Strict Zero-Bot Policy: We do not provide, sell, or facilitate bot views, artificial subscribers, fake traffic, engagement farming, or click-fraud schemes. Creators must adhere strictly to YouTube Community Guidelines. Using the Service to generate mass spam or deceptive metrics is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, storyline concepts, and creative inputs you author within the Service.
  • Service Materials: The BEErector branding, UI design, code, and proprietary prompt compilation algorithms are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Advertising

The Service may feature links to third-party tools (such as Google Flow, YouTube, or OpenAI) as well as third-party advertisements delivered by Google AdSense. We do not control or endorse third-party content, websites, or products, and we disclaim liability for any interactions you have with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BEErector makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, or output accuracy of third-party AI generation tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BEErector or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
